Hi there! I’m Walker, a 1-ish-year-old bundle of charm, enthusiasm, and tail wags. I weigh about 35 pounds, which I think is the perfect size — big enough for real hugs, small enough to fit comfortably on your couch (or your lap, if invited). My style? A dashing mix of black, tan, and white — possibly Beagle, maybe Entlebucher Mountain Dog or Appenzeller Sennenhund (try saying that three times fast). Whatever the combo, it clearly equals handsome.
I’m searching for my forever home, ideally one with another fun-loving dog to play and romp with. I’m a huge fan of fetch (my favorite sport), so a fenced-in yard would be amazing. But I also walk well on a leash — I mean, my name is Walker — and love exploring, meeting new people, and checking out the local squirrel scene.
When it comes to manners, I’m potty trained and learning to spend time in my crate like a polite, well-adjusted pup. I know my name and respond to commands like sit, come (most of the time… cut me a little slack, I’m still young!), leave it, and no. Im
reallu good about potty besides the occaional oops in new exciting environments like the vet or events!! I can’t help it - just gotta say I was there!! BUT I’m getting much better about that as I settle into routines. (I promise I’m a fast learner!)
I love people, dogs, belly rubs, and giving kisses. And once the adventures are done, I’m happiest curled up near my humans — content, relaxed, and full of love.
